Cynically optimistic

Decided to make a dedicated post(s) specifically to share about work-related especially for this program UFLP, hehe sinceeeeee.... when I was in the job-hunting position, the posts I read about the program was really a big help for me, so here I come. Maybe it could be something to 1-2 of you. -- Dimulai dari tahapan seleksinya kali ya I would say it was a long process, the HR team really worked hard for this. So big appreciation for them for making it happened :) Anyway the process is different for each function and since I applied for the Supply Chain function, aku akan share terkait dengan SC function 2021 kemarin ya. Quick chit-chat before we go to the main discussion, so....on daily basis I regularly take attention to many details that happen in my life. I think it was nature as a perfectionist? Or I am just a very curious person? and a very very active thinker? so I take everything into account, just to be a lesson for me in the future (again, as a perfectionist). I believe in learning something new every day, from every single detail that happens. Sometimes it is just as simple as discovering a unique yet I think very efficient way for a waiting line in a grocery store, where one day if I happen to have my own minimarket or a coffee shop, I will definitely implement it. Or when I see someone arguing and I happen to find this one party to be very wise on his argument, I will definitely take note of that. It is sometimes not really something big, but it may make us a little bit better from yesterday version of us :) And I think it will be exciting to write the experience down, in case I forget and

 Hai sudah lama tidak bersua hehehe, hidup lumayan hectic ya beberapa bulan terakhir :) Tiba-tiba random ingin cerita lagi hehehe. Hari ini mau bahas tentang kekurangan diri. Kebetulan, dan Alhamdulillah, beberapa bulan terakhir ini dikasih kesempatan untuk bisa nyemplung ke dunia consulting. I can talk for days kalo bahas tentang dunia consulting ini. I grew a lot during the past months. No, it was not the easiest one, yet I enjoy them all. Being put in a really fast-paced environment, secara "terpaksa" dirimu dipaksa untuk terus ngasih yang terbaik  dalam setiap kesempatan. Yang akhirnya mereveal ternyata masih banyak yang masih bisa di-improve sar! Mau cerita dikit jadi waktu mulai dulu awal kerja consulting ini, ku pernah pusing pala karna mikirin 2 project secara bersamaan AHAHHAHAH literally kepala berasa nyut-nyutan. Namanya berproses ya, setelah beberapa bulan kemudian wow bisa sampai juga di titik ini dimana bisa loh seorang Sarah dalam seminggu punya 7 deliverable t
